At FishEato, we deliver freshly frozen fish and shrimps straight to your home. Our goal is to provide clean, safe, and high-quality seafood that you can trust. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want your shopping experience to be smooth and reliable.

If there is any issue with your order, please read the refund guidelines below.


1. If You Receive the Wrong Product

If you receive a different item than what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 1 day of delivery

  • Send clear photos or videos of the product received

  • After checking the details, we will offer a replacement or a refund


2. Quality Concerns

Since our products are frozen fish and shrimps, they must be handled and stored properly after delivery.
If you feel there is a quality issue:

  • Report it on the same day of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos so we can review the concern

After verification, we will provide a refund or replacement where applicable.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Because frozen seafood is sensitive and perishable, some situations cannot be refunded:

  • If the product is opened, used, or stored incorrectly

  • If the complaint is made after 1 day of delivery

  • If the customer is not available at the time of delivery

  • If the product is mishandled after delivery

We follow strict hygiene and temperature-control standards, so proper handling after receiving the order is important.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is out for delivery or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa

  • JazzCash

We will keep you updated throughout the process.


6. Customer Responsibility

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers must provide:

  • Correct address and phone number

  • Availability to receive the order

If the rider cannot deliver because no one is available, the order becomes non-refundable.
